FAQs
How much does it cost to exhibit?
It costs £200 (excl. VAT) for a standard table at London Boardgame Show. This covers the duration of the showtimes on 23-24 January 2027. You can purchase as many tables as you like. For those looking for multiple spaces or built booths, please contact us directly.
How many exhibitor tickets can I get?
All exhibitor tables purchased come with two tickets. So you can bring a friend or collaborator, share the demonstrations, take breaks and enjoy the show yourself!
How does the retail aspect work?
While you focus on demonstrating your game, our team will retail your titles for you on consignment. Any unsold games at the end of the weekend will be returned to you and your revenue share will be paid instantly through our point of sale or within 30 days of the event depending on your needs.
Can I be part of the London Boardgame Show Passport?
Yes, to be part of the passport you will need to purchase your exhibitor table before 30 November 2026.
Will chairs and tables be provided?
Yes, each exhibitor will receive one trestle table and 4-6 chairs for showcasing their game.
What materials do I need to bring?
Please bring all the materials you require to demo; game materials, marketing materials, small prizes, giveaways. If you intend to bring food giveaways/snacks/ sweets — please ensure these are not a swallowing hazard or allergenic.
What marketing materials can I bring?
Please do not bring any materials larger than a pull-up banner unless you have booked multiple tables. Please keep printed handouts to a minimum and use QR codes where possible to help us keep this event environmentally friendly.
Please do not affix any materials to the venue walls with tape, glue or Blu-Tac.
Is there van/truck access?
Yes, venue access times and locations will be shared with developers closer to the event date.
